Banana Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
- 100 grams baby marrows
- 75 ml Amaretto liqueur
- 175 grams plain flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- teaspoon salt
- 125 grams Stork margarine
- 150 grams white sugar
- 2 medium eggs
- 3 large bananas
- 20 grams mini marshmallows
- 20 grams desiccated coconut
- 20 grams dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- Use same method as Nigella suggests but just substitute the ingredients. Tastes sweeter and gives a good texture. Keep oven at 140 degrees for fan oven. Speeds up baking time by 15 mins.
