Nigella lawson attacked !!!!
Nigella lawson has been attacked by her own husband
Charles Saatchi gripped his wife by the throat apparently
the incident happened at the Scott's restaurant in Mayfair
apparently other customers and passers by could hear and see the
argument which is being followed up by the police
Nigella was seen to kiss saatchi but ended up leaving in tears.
